Butoh Experience is a special cultural program offering an open doorway into Butoh, a unique form of body expression and performance art born in Japan.
With your face painted white, you’ll listen closely to your own movements
— entering a space of deep dialogue with your body.
It is a journey of nonverbal communication, a lasting photographic memory,
and above all, a rare encounter with the “other body” that lies dormant within you.
No prior experience or language skills are necessary.
Anyone — from any background — can safely step into the world of Butoh.

Set against the landscapes and urban textures of Hokkaido,
this is a quiet and intimate journey where your body and senses gently unfold.

「Butoh Experience」は、日本発祥の身体表現／身体芸術である舞踏（Butoh）を、観光体験として開かれたかたちでお届けする特別なプログラムです。
白塗りをほどこし、動きに耳を澄ませ、自分の身体と対話する時間。
言葉を超えたコミュニケーション、記憶に深く残る撮影体験、
そして何より、自分の中に眠る“もうひとつの身体”との出会い。
経験や言語を問わず、誰もが参加できる構成となっており、
初めての方でも安心して舞踏の世界に触れることができます。

日常がゆっくりと揺らぎはじめ、
